Travel to Ljubljana

By car:

Ljubljana is connected by major highways from all directions. The venue is located in the centre of Ljubljana, please use parking garages for parking. There is limited space available in the hotels.

By bus:

Travel to Ljubljana by bus is possible from many European cities (see e.g. Flixbus). The main bus station is within walking distance of the hotels and the venue of the conference.

By train:

Slovenian Railways connects most cities with Ljubljana and you can search options for train travel within Europe using Trainline. You can walk to most of the hotels and the venue of the conference from the main railway station in Ljubljana.

By plane:

Ljubljana Jože Pučnik airport is about 20 km from the centre of Ljubljana. It connects Ljubljana with major cities in Europe. From the airport you can take a bus or taxi. You can also rent a car.

It is also possible to land at one of the neighbouring airports: Zagreb Franjo Tuđman airport, Trieste airport, Venice Marco Polo airport and arrange a transfer to Ljubljana via GoOpti or Nomago.

There are 10-12 departures a day between Ljubljana Jože Pučnik airport (LJU) and Ljubljana city centre and there is a discount of 15% when you purchase a return ticket.

There are 4 departures a day from both Venice Marco Polo airport (VCE) and Venice Treviso Airport (TSF) airports.
