Registration
The registration fees for the MOSBRI 2024 conference are:
Early bird fees (until 31.03.24) |

The registration fee covers participation at lectures, coffee breaks, lunches and the conference dinner. Accompanying persons can participate in the conference dinner for a fee of €80.
All fees are non-refundable after the 15th of May 2024.
Bursaries
We will grant 15 bursaries to PhD students and early stage post-doctoral fellows. The bursaries will cover the registration fee and 3 nights of accommodation.
If you would like to apply for this bursary you should indicate this when completing the online registration form (see below). When registering you should upload a single pdf file containing a short CV, a motivation letter and a letter of support (max. 1 page for each).

Once you have registered via the link above, you will be sent an invoice with payment details to complete the registration process.
Registration to the conference will be confirmed, once payment is received.
Abstracts
Anyone presenting a talk, and those wishing to present a poster at MOSBRI 2024, are asked to write a short abstract using the template below. Abstracts should be uploaded when you register for the conference.

Posters
There will be poster sessions at the conference, therefore we ask anyone interested in presenting a poster to submit an abstract. Several of the abstracts will be chosen to be presented as short (10 min) talks during the conference. Please indicate when you register if you would like your poster abstract to be considered as a talk.
After review of the submitted abstracts, you will be informed if it has been accepted and if it has been selected to be presented as a talk. Priority will be given to abstracts submitted by students and early stage postdocs.
Poster size
Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation with dimensions 120 cm high by 84 cm wide (note that this is a standard A0 size poster).
